How we deliver, and how we keep it running.

A predictable process, engineering habits you can inspect, and a clear way to reach us when something breaks.

Delivery process

Discovery

We learn how the work happens today and what needs to change.

Solution design

We agree what will be configured, built and migrated before we start.

Build in stages

You see working software early and approve each stage.

Acceptance testing

Your team tests with real data and signs off.

Cutover

We schedule the switch, move the data and verify it.

Hypercare

We stay close after go-live and fix what real use turns up.

How we keep your work safe

Every change is checked

Nothing goes live until a second person has reviewed it, and every change is recorded.

Upgrades without surprises

We keep a separate, tested version of your work for each Odoo release, so upgrading is planned, not risky.

Separate environments

We try every change on a practice copy first, so your live system is never the test bed.

Written handover

Everything we build comes with plain-language documentation, so you are never dependent on one person to understand it.

Team and communication

Every engagement has one named person you can contact, backed by developers and functional consultants, with hosting handled by the people who run the servers.

We agree the update rhythm at the start. Most projects have a regular demo so you can see progress and steer it.

Support and escalation

After go-live we support what we build and host. Requests are triaged by how much they affect your business:

  • Critical: the system is down or data is at risk. We respond first and bring in a senior engineer at once.
  • High: a key workflow is blocked.
  • Medium: a workaround exists.
  • Low: questions and enhancements, handled through the ticket queue.

Common questions

How do you handle changes after the scope is agreed?

Changes go through a short change request, so you see the effect on time and cost before we start.

What do you need from us?

A decision maker who can answer questions quickly, people who know how the work is really done, and time for testing before go-live.

What are your response times?

Response targets are agreed in your engagement, because the right commitment depends on the size of the system and the hours you work. Escalation moves from your lead to a senior architect and then to management.
