Odoo connected to the systems around it.

Orders, payments, shipments and messages usually live in other tools. We connect them to Odoo so data moves once and stays correct.

How we build integrations

An integration is a small piece of software that has to keep working when the other side is slow, wrong or offline. We build for that:

  • Idempotent calls, so a retry never creates a duplicate.
  • Retries with backoff, and queues for slow or failing systems.
  • Failed messages kept for review instead of being lost.
  • Logging and alerts, so problems reach us before they reach your users.
  • Credentials kept outside source control.

The middleware pattern

Where Odoo should not talk to an outside system directly, we put a small service in between. Odoo hands it a job, the service calls the other system, retries when needed and reports the result back.

Common questions

Which integrations have you built?

We list the kinds of connector we build, each available on request. Tell us which systems you use and we will explain what is involved and what we would need.

What if the other system has no ready-made connection?

We look at file exchange or a small custom link, and explain the trade-offs before we choose.

How is data kept in sync?

We choose between real-time calls and scheduled sync by how fresh the data must be, and we reconcile the totals so differences show up quickly.
