Odoo set up around how your business actually runs.

Odoo is a set of apps you configure, extend and connect. We start with your processes, not with the menu of apps.

How an implementation runs

Discover

We map how orders, stock, accounts and approvals work today, and what slows you down.

Fit and gap

We compare that with standard Odoo and list what configuration covers, what needs development and what should change in the process.

Configure and build

We set up the apps, build the gaps and show you a working system early.

Migrate data

We clean and map your masters and opening balances, rehearse the import and reconcile the totals.

Train and go live

Your team practises on real data, then we schedule the cutover.

Support

We stay close after go-live and fix what real use turns up.

Apps we implement

Sales and CRM

Leads, quotations, orders and pricing in one flow.

Purchase and inventory

Vendors, purchase orders, stock moves and warehouse operations.

Accounting and invoicing

Invoices, payments, taxes and reconciliation.

Manufacturing

Bills of materials, work orders and production planning.

Point of sale

Counter and restaurant sales that sync with stock and accounts.

Website and e-commerce

A storefront that shares products, prices and orders with the back office.

Moving from Tally, spreadsheets or another ERP

Data moves in rehearsals. We load a copy, compare it with your books, fix the mapping and repeat until the numbers agree, then do it once more for the real cutover.

What we usually bring across:

  • Customers, vendors, products and price lists.
  • Opening stock and open orders.
  • Opening balances and open invoices.
  • Attachments and history where they are worth keeping.

Configuration first, development where it pays

We configure standard Odoo wherever it fits, because it is cheaper to run and easier to upgrade. We write custom features only for what the process genuinely needs, and we keep them small.

What we need from you

A good implementation depends on a few things on your side:

  • A decision maker who can settle questions within a day or two.
  • A few people who know how the work is really done.
  • Sample data and the reports you rely on today.
  • Time for testing before go-live.

Upgrades and version moves

Moving between Odoo versions means testing your custom features and your data on a copy first. We do that on a practice copy, fix what breaks and switch over in a planned window.

Common questions

Community or Enterprise?

Community is free and covers most day-to-day operations. Enterprise adds extra apps and features and needs a licence from Odoo. We help you choose by what you need, not by the edition.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope, the number of apps and the state of your data. We give you a plan after the fit and gap review, not before.

Can you customise Odoo for us?

Yes, where configuration is not enough. Our engineering page explains what that covers and how we keep it maintainable.

Do you train our staff?

Yes. Training happens on your own data before go-live, so people practise the work they will actually do.

What happens after go-live?

We keep supporting what we build and host. How we triage and escalate is described on the How we work page.
