How hosting works

Each client gets its own separate Odoo, with its own database and its own resources, so one business never affects another. Servers sit in the region you choose, and we run them in Asia and in Europe.

You can choose how much of this we run:

Managed by us: we provision, patch and monitor the server and the Odoo service.
In your own cloud account: we deploy and operate Odoo inside your tenancy when your data has to stay there.
On your own server: we set up a documented installation and hand it over.

Security check for your existing setup

If you already run Odoo somewhere else, we can review it: who has access, what is exposed, and whether backups work. You receive a written report and the fixes. Scope and fee are agreed for each engagement.

Common questions

Can we keep our own server?

Yes. We can operate Odoo on your server or in your cloud account, or hand over a documented setup that you run yourselves.

Where is our data stored?

In the region you choose when the instance is provisioned. We run servers in Asia and in Europe.

Do you host Community and Enterprise?

We host both. Enterprise needs a licence from Odoo, which is bought separately.

How do upgrades work?

We test the new version on a copy of your data, fix any custom work that needs it, then schedule the switch.

What happens if something fails?

We restore from backups, bring the service back and investigate the cause. How we escalate is described on the How we work page.
