Common questions
Community or Enterprise?
Community is free and covers most day-to-day operations. Enterprise adds extra apps and features and needs a licence from Odoo. We help you choose by what you need.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on scope, the number of apps and the state of your data. We give you a plan after the fit and gap review.
Can you move us from Tally or spreadsheets?
Yes. We rehearse the data migration on a copy, reconcile it against your books and then do the real cutover.
Configuration or custom development?
Configuration first, because it is cheaper to run and easier to upgrade. We develop only what the process genuinely needs.
Can you host Odoo for us?
Yes. We host it ourselves, run it in your cloud account or on your server, and keep it backed up, monitored and patched.
How do upgrades work?
We test the new version and your custom work on a copy first, fix what breaks, then cut over in a planned window.
Who supports us after go-live?
The team that built it. Requests are triaged by impact and escalated through a named contact.
